I live in Wichita Falls, Tx. willing to travel to the metroplex and also North into Oklahoma City if needed. trying to get a reliable first car for my daughter

Go to an auction...thats where I got my first car, Take a mechanic....Auctions have pretty good deals and its best to go toward the end of the month. When dealing with a private seller...you don't know what you're getting yourself into unless its a friend of the family.When dealing with a dealer, its safer than both auctions and private sellers but also more expensoive(they have to make a profit) Remember to do a carfax report...that 30.00 is nothing compared to the 100's-1000's you could spend repairing a car u thought was already in good shape. Although a used cars may need immediate repairs anyway because its old and things start to fall apart after so many years.But Carfax lets you know how often the person did oil changes&everything..so it will give you a pretty good Idea of whether the engine is is good shape..GOODLUCK....and Try http://www.yahoo.com/autos

About Can anyone recomend any site besides ebay for purchasing used HD sportsters
Can anyone recomend any site besides ebay for purchasing used HD sportsters ?
Google searches didn,t reveal much. I already all over Ebay but I'm planning on purchasing a bike next year with tax return and savings. That gives me 6 months to hunt for bargains but so far all I've really found is Ebay. I live in Wichita Ks. but I'd be willing to travel 300 to 500 for right bike. Also I'd appreciate it if you spare me your opinions on how I'll want something bigger than a sportster DUH. I'm purchasing within my means perhaps a sportster trade in will help me with a future bike purchase.

looking to see if someone from Wichita,ks can obtain a jod in Brazil with little college?
I am a 33 year old male residing in Wichita,ks and am interested in traveling to Brazil and find tempory to full time employment there. i have aproximetly 34 plus hours of college and am physicaly as well as intellegently able to acomplish an above average taskes. If you know of any positions or future positions, please respond. Thank you.

not sure how you would go about that. might need to get a working visa .. instead of a tourist visa. incase you haven't looked into that yet .. you can go to yahoos search engine and type in "Brazilian embassy in Washington DC" and their website should pop up. they should have all the info. i also think speaking english 100% fluently is a major pluss.. i dont think it would be hard to get a job there.... but.. how to "go about" finding work. you can also see what they have on craigslist.com.. click on Brazil on the right.. its like the classifides.. if you cant find anything through research.. then maybe u'll have to take a lil trip down there .. to figure things out.. and set everything up.. you picked a beautiful country good luck

You could work as an English teacher, but you would need a work Visa, and the salary is not much. Minimum wage in Brazil is about 160 dollars a month. A regular job in Brazil would hardly pay you more than 400 a month. Take a look below at the website for the main English courses in Brazil.

Traveling to Wichita, Kansas, any ideas?
Hello, We're going to be traveling to Wichita, Ks the third week in October for my husband's business trip. I have a baby that will be 9 1/2 months old then, and I have a few questions that I would like some help with. Ok, we live in Texas, and we have our whole lives, so, my first questions is, what should the weather be like up there at that time? What are some things that I could do in the area with my son while my husband is at work? And, I guess, just what is it like up there? Thanks for your help!

In Oct. the weather in not much different than in Texas. It will be warm days and cool nights. Wichita is a big city so you can go to the mall and explore the place. There are not a lot of things to do in Kansas especially with a baby. I think you will find it is much like where you are now
